Shake the winter blues with Tai Chi!
Hi everyone!
Time to shake off the winter chills with some tai chi! We are back into the swing this week, so come along and get warmed up!
I'm sure you've been socialising and making the most of your break catching up with friends and family and meeting new people. So.... how about encouraging them along to a Tai Chi session? Remember they can try out a session for free and do some of the form and exercises too.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 5.30 - 7pm (if you can make it a tad earlier for warm ups, especially with the cool weather now, that's great!)
