Training Schedule 2004
Hi all,
Just a quick reminder that our training days are:
- Tuesday 5.00 - 7pm
Thursday 5.00 - 7pm
Tuesdays we will concentrate more on learning the form itself and the basic principles behind the form.
Thursdays we focus on applying the particular moves within the form for defense and martial arts techniques.
Both evenings involve extensive warm-up routines and stretching, as well as Qigong mediation and breathing exercises.
The aim is to increase your awareness of "chi" - the energy life force that is in all of us!
If you are curious and want to try out Tai Chi to see if it is for you, come along to a free session any day and talk to the Instructors and senior students to find out more.
